Behr, which is Home Depot's line of paint, is offering a $5 rebate on every gallon-can of Behr Premium Plus and Behr Premium Plus Ultra paint, primers, stains and finishes purchased between 5/19/11-5/30/11. They are also offering a $20 rebate on five-gallon pails. There doesn't seem to be a limit on the number of rebates for which you can apply. The mail-in rebate form is here.
We painted our entire house interior with Behr paint two years ago, and it has held up beautifully. If you are planning any house updating this summer, this is a great opportunity to pick up the paint at a discount. Be sure and use a Lowe's 10% discount coupon at Home Depot when you buy the paint, to save even more. As I've explained in the past, Lowe's and Home Depot accept each other coupons (even recently expired ones). You can get a Lowe's 10% coupon in a change-of-address kit, available for free at any US Post Office. Stacking these discounts will probably save you about 35% or more on the cost of your paint. Painting your walls is the least expensive update you can do on your house with the greatest impact (the most bang for your buck).
Behr has got an Iphone app now that will help make your color matching much easier. I wish this had been around when we were redoing our house; we could have avoided color choice disasters like our toothpaste-colored bathroom!
