Two solutions to expensive kosher for Passover salad dressings

Kosher for Passover salad dressings cost upwards of $4.00 per bottle in my local supermarkets.  Years ago, I decided to make my own dressings.  Mix vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and herbs, and voila, KLP salad dressing that's healthier and way less expensive.

Amazon has got this Chef'n Emulstir Emulsifier for $7.95 with free Prime/SuperSaver shipping.  You add the oil, vinegar and herbs and work the lever, and the Emulstir mixes the dressing.
  • The Emulstir is an innovative way to mix up and store delicious salad dressings
  • Acrylic container; top rack dishwasher safe
  • Easy to use and great with dressings that separate; simply remove top, fill with oil, vinegar, and herbs, replace lid and squeeze handle to blend
  • Lever activated; stir stick mixes evenly; bottle features 3 recipes, dressing, sweet dressing, and cumin vinaigrette
  • Measures 3 by 3 by 8.1 inches
If you prefer to use an old fashioned glass shaker bottle for salad dressing, Amazon has this Trudeau Automatic Oil and Vinegar Bottle for $8.54 with free Prime/SuperSaver shipping.
  • Innovative oil and vinegar bottle.
  • Made of glass with black lid.
  • Automatic pouring system; dripless spout.
  • 10-Ounce capacity.
  • Dishwasher safe.
