Amazon has got an 8-pack of the large 20 oz. cans of kosher for Passover Gefen pineapple slices in its own juice for $17.52, or $2.19 per can, with free Prime/SuperSaver shipping. That's actually right around what the regular canned pineapple costs during the year.
I use this pineapple to make my tangy "tzimmes chicken" (aka Hawaiian chicken) recipe. Pineapple is also such an easy, healthy snack when you want something sweet but can't look another macaroon in the eye on Pesach.
