Savion Passover Couscous (roasted garlic flavor), $3.69/box

I'm so happy this delicious item came up on Amazon again!  Here's a funny story about this kosher la'Pesach "couscous."  I went to a friend's house for a Pesach YomTov lunch a few years ago, and she served Savion Couscous.  I had never had it before, and I didn't know my friend so well back then.  It tasted so good and so authentic, that for a minute I thought she had goofed and might have been serving actual chametz couscous on Pesach!  (Later on, I shared this with her and she pretty much laughed at me.)

If you've never had Savion Passover Couscous, I highly, highly recommend it.  It's a flexible dish (you can cook it with your roast or your chicken and leave it on it's own, cut an onion and some mushrooms into it, stuff chicken breasts with it, etc.), it's delicious, and it's an easy Pesach side dish.  It's made from 18-minute matzoh meal.

I've seen it at local supermarkets for $4.99+.  Amazon has Savion Roasted Garlic Flavor Couscous made with 18-minute matzoh, 5.50 oz., pack of 6,  for $22.14 ($3.69 per box), one of the few KLP items that has held the same price as last year.   If you buy it, please email me and let me know how you prepared it and if it was a hit!
