I'm a huge fan of tri-ply stainless steel cookware. I've had my (uber-pricey) Calphalon tri-ply cookware set for years now and it still gleams like new, and unlike most anodized cookware, these pots go right in the dishwasher. They cook evenly and are designed ergonomically, even for so-so cooks like me.
