If you haven't heard about this product yet, it's a way of cooking pizza, fries, chicken or pretty much anything in your oven, without oil, fat or shortening and still getting very crunchy, crispy food, for healthy eating. (FYI, Amazon has got this item for $9.99.)

We actually bought this the last time it was on sale on GearXS and it works!  We decided to use it for meat rather than for pizza, but I've made pretty crispy fries and wings on it using no oil at all.  The secret is that it lets air in underneath the food and that crisps it.  We're thinking about getting another one for dairy now.  It cleans up very easily...goes right in the top rack of the dishwasher.  I totally recommend this if you'd like to use less fat in your oven cooking.
