Did you know that you can use your Instant Pot as a slow cooker on Shabbos? Well, you can!
You do need to switch out the lid, because the regular Instant Pot lid will interact with the Instant Pot electronically (and beep) when you remove it from the pot, which will not work for Shabbat. Truth is that you can use any lid that fits, so if you already have a pot lid that already fits the Instant Pot snugly, use it!

The regular pot inner cooking pot of the Instant Pot is stainless steel, but there might be times that you want to use your Instant Pot with a non-stick ceramic surface, like when you are cooking rice or when you are using the Instant Pot as a slow cooker. Slow cooking seems to work better and more evenly in a ceramic pot (which is probably why all the Crock Pot liners are ceramic).
