One of the challenges of converting your kitchen over for Passover is counter space; since you can't empty all of your kitchen cabinets for your Passover kitchenware, many of the kitchen items go on the countertop, and often take over the whole space and make your countertops look messy and cluttered.

On the other hand, I hate emptying drawers and cabinets for Pesach, because then I need to find a spot to store my everyday kitchenware and put everything back after Passover.  I have no need to create extra work for myself and neither do you.
