$50 American Express credit for New York City (or nearby) shoppers

American Express has got a great deal going for New York City residents.  During the month of February, spend a total of $200 at any of the vendors listed here (in-store only, not online except for Ticketmaster and Telecharge), pay with your  registered American Express card, and you'll receive a $50 statement credit.  You must register your American Express card here first in order to qualify for the offer.  If you will be in the New York City area during the month of February, this is a no-lose, no-brainer deal.  You don't need to actually live in NYC to qualify for the offer, but you do need to be there for the purchases, as the vendors listed are all local New York stores, and online purchases don't qualify.

A bunch of Brooklyn (my old stomping grounds) places are listed, as well as Macy's Herald Square, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, and H&M.  I could spend that $200 in an hour.  Half-hour. I'm just sayin'.

<Sigh.>  When are they going to do this in Denver?
