(As some of you may know, my husband and I have spent the last year commuting back and forth between Denver and Omaha for Joshua's work, so I've gotten to know a little bit about Omaha's local supermarket chains, etc. Forgive me for a moment while I post a rather local deal.)
Omaha readers, if you haven't joined Recyclebank yet, do it now. Make sure you fill out your profile with your home address. For just 50 points (easily earned upon joining...click on "Earn Points" and follow the instructions till you've maxed out all your earning opportunities), you can get a coupon for $5 off your $50 purchase at Bag N Save.
After you've earned at least 50 points, click on "Get Rewards" and then "Food & Beverage" and scroll down. The Bag N Save coupon is a Print-At-Home reward that expires 30 days after you print it, so make sure that you can use it soon after printing. I don't know about you, but considering that Bag N Save has a ton of excellently priced kosher food, poultry and meat, I found this coupon to be of very high value.
Parenthetically, it's interesting that Recyclebank custom tailors their local coupons to match whichever address you have entered in your profile. I discovered this Bag N Save coupon when I looked at my husband's account, which shows our temporary Omaha apartment's address. Under my own account, I have our Denver address entered, and I've got options for similar $5 off $50 coupons for Safeway and Sprouts, supermarket chains with branches in Denver.
