Wow! Get this Black & Decker 8-Cup Food Processor for $29.99 with free shipping from Amazon. This would make a great appliance for Pesach...not too expensive but still a sturdy brand-name item. This would make your potato kugel a breeze....no more bruised knuckles on the hand grater. A Cuisinart at half the capacity (4 cups) goes for about the same price.
