I was in the throes of a major cutting board crisis.  Yes, I know.  I can feel your symp/empathy.  Tragic.

Here's the story.  I hate washing dishes by hand and I really hate hand-washing messy, smelly, germy, cutting boards on which I just sliced meat or fish.  I feel like they just never really get clean, and I don't like using bleach (as many recommend) on surfaces that will hold food.  I love the idea of putting cutting boards in the dishwasher and running the super-heated "sanitize" cycle to completely disinfect them.
