The Summer Beauty Bag is free with your purchase of a qualifying beauty item. Here is the list of the 400 qualifying beauty items; just add one to your cart and you will see the free bag in the cart as well. You will get as many free beauty bags as the number of select items you put in your cart. Add three items, get three free beauty bags.
Use your Target RedCard to get free shipping and a slight 5% discount on the item (counterbalanced by the tax, unfortunately). Otherwise, shipping is free after a $50 purchase.
Currently, the least expensive qualifying beauty item on the list is John Freida Curl-Boosting Mousse for $1.49 (Trial - 2 oz. size) for $1.49. Or you can just look through the list of items and see if there is anything that you actually need or want to buy.
