The bedding is all microfiber, which I find to be softer and much more dust-resistant than pure cotton.
I'll be the first to admit that polka dots are not my thing, but in terms of spare bedding, (or children's bedding), this is a huge bargain. You could easily spend $14.99 on just one sheet, let alone this entire set. Even the exorbitant shipping charge doesn't bother me. $23 for a complete 8 piece comforter set or $38 for two sets (average $19 per set) are both fantastic prices on quality bedding sets.
