Amazon has got this 8.5 quart (!!!!!) Maxi-Matic stainless steel slow cooker for $31.99 with free shipping. I wasn't familiar with this brand, so I read the reviews, which were somewhat mixed, some raves, some pans. 71 out of 112 customers gave it 4 or 5 stars, which convinced me enough, so I decided to post it.
If you need a larger slow-cooker and you'd like to stick with a more familiar brand, there's also this Crock Pot 7-quart for $36.88 with free shipping.
Here's a slow-cooker tip I figured out last year when I replaced my Pesach one. If you are using it primarily for chulent, soups and stews, any shape will do. If you are also going to use it for the occasional roast, get an oval one, so that you can fit larger or oddly-shaped roasts in it.
