Check your mail for Target coupons

Heads up!  Target has sent out a bunch of store coupons to some of their RedCard shoppers.  If you see a circular entitled "Frugal is Fierce," don't toss it; it contains $16 worth of Target store coupons, including rare produce and soda coupons.
