Wow! Target has got this Good Cooks 8-piece red ceramic baking set for just $20.00, (reduced from $29.99), with free shipping (no RedCard needed).  If you do have a RedCard, this price drops down to $19.00.  Set includes 2.5 quart casserole dish with ceramic lid, bread pan, pie pan, and two ramekins with lids.  I am trying to eliminate all aluminum from my bakeware, so I love the fact that this set is ceramic.
