We have this urn and we love it! We got it when our old aluminum urn started leaking and Home Depot was having a sale (it's currently $67.99 on HomeDepot.com) and it is miles better than the aluminum urn that we used to have.
What's great about this urn is that the tank is insulated: instead of the usual single wall aluminum urn, it's a double-walled stainless steel urn, so it keeps the water hotter longer and there is much less buildup on the inside of the urn. It got 4.2 out of 5 stars over 41 customer reviews on Amazon and it's got a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. It's also just a really nice-looking appliance.
