(We use the Cuisinart QuickPrep for Pesach, fyi.  The only real difference that I see between the QuickPrep and the Smart Stick is that you can't pop the blade off the QuickPrep and put it in the dishwasher, but since I can't use my dishwasher on Pesach anyway, it makes no difference to me.)
