I know I posted this before, (back here), but just a reminder that Costco Kirkland egg whites are kosher-for-Passover this year (look for the OU-P), and they are awesome for supplementing the egg yolks in the 10 gazillion eggs that you will be using in your Pesach cooking and baking.
Just be warned that these egg whites don't whip up, so they are not suitable for meringues.
