Nordstrom has got this Gibson Sheer Overlay Midi Skirt for $19.97 with free shipping and returns (was $58.00) in black and navy. Sizes are limited; right now, I'm seeing only XS, S and XL in the black and L in the navy. I love it in both colors, but I think the black is knockout.
