Galil Hearts of Palm for as low as $2.45 per can shipped on Amazon

I don't know why hearts of palm are so pricey or why kosher hearts of palm in particular are even pricier, but they are certainly an item that I like to buy on sale.

Amazon has a great Subscribe & Save deal on a 12-pack of Galil Hearts of Palm 14 oz. cans, which is priced as low as $2.45 per can with free shipping. Remember that you don't need to be a member of Amazon Prime to get free shipping on ANY Amazon Subscribe & Save deal...shipping is free for anyone.

By the way, I have a ridiculously easy recipe for an awesome side dish made with HoP:
  • 1 can of HoP, sliced into coins
  • 1 peeled and chunked avocado
  • 1 can of chick peas (optional)
  • 3 generous squirts of low fat Italian salad dressing
Combine. Serve. Delish.
