Amazon has got a great new offer for Hobbit/LOTR fans!

For a limited time, you can receive up to $8.00 towards a movie ticket to see The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies in theaters beginning 12/17/14, when you purchase an eligible Warner Bros. title on DVD or Bluray, which include the Lord of the Ring and The Hobbit film series.

When you purchase the Warner Bro. DVD or Bluray, you'll receive a reward code that can be redeemed for a certificate valid for one admission:

• up to $5.00 total value for DVD purchases
• up to $8.00 total value for Bluray purchases

The movie voucher is valid toward a Fandango movie theater ticket, and can be redeemed from 12/17/14-1/2/15.

This is almost a no-brainer if you are sure that you will see The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies, as the price of some of these DVDs or Blurays are the same or less than the value of the voucher that you'll receive.  For example, if you purchase The Lord of the Ring: Return of the King on DVD for $4.51, you'll receive in return a $5.00 voucher. It's like getting the DVD for free!
