I so so so wish I had bought this in time for Pesach, when I didn't have a dishwasher!

This very cleverly designed Better Chef 2-Tier 16" dish rack for $19.99 with free Prime/SuperSaver shipping at Amazon allows you to dry a lot of dishes with a very small countertop footprint.  If you've got limited counterspace, as I do, this is absolutely brilliant.  (This reminds me of the Israeli over the sink drying racks that are built into the cabinets.)

It got 3.9 out of 5 stars over 88 customer reviews.  The price is very good, even less expensive than the Groupon on this item.
