Please note that 1) even though the description says the skirt is denim, that doesn't refer to the material, but rather the design/print/color and 2) the side slits look to be on the high side, so if tznius is a concern, you will probably want to close at least part of those up, but for the price, I think it's well worth tacking down a simple seam.
