Walmart School Supply Deals, starting at 17 cents (updated as of 8/7/16)

Although I usually cover mostly Amazon school supply deals, it looks like Walmart has really stepped up their school supply game this year (17-cent notebooks, WOW!). 

Most of these Walmart items ship for free with a $50 minimum purchase, or they ship for a $4.97 flat rate shipping charge if your purchase is under $50.   You can also select FREE in-store pickup to save on all shipping charges. For some items (like the Crayola Markers), you can only pick up for free in-store.
