Amazon has got this 6-count of Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa 8 oz. cans for as low as $15.76 or $2.63 per can (33 cents per oz.) with Subscribe & Save discounts. Here's how those savings work out:

According to the OU's 2018 Passover Guide, Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder (except for the "Special Dark" type) is permissible for Pesach use without special KFP certification (page 58).   This is a way, way less expensive way to go than buying the special heimishe KLP brands or the KLP chocolate chips.
