I wish I had seen this before I bought my Instant Pot!  After reading the reviews, I'm seriously considering giving away my Instant Pot and my slow cooker and getting this so that I can streamline in my way-too-small kitchen.  (The slow cooker function on the Instant Pot doesn't work well, and can't be used on Shabbos. I'm wondering if this slow cooker function can.)  I also like the Easy Release Steam Dial that keeps your hands from getting burnt on the steam release. Why didn't Instant Pot think of that?
