40% off at Payless Shoes. when you stack a 20% promo code with a BOGOHO sale
I love when these two discounts line up so perfectly. For this week only, through 6/30/13, get 40% off at Payless.com. How? Well, they are having their cyclical buy-one-get-one-half-off (BOGOHO) sale, which is the equivalent of getting 25% off when you buy two items that are the same price, AND they have a stackable 20% promo code out, 70144, which is good through 12/13/13. For all of you mathoholics out there, when you take 80% of 75%, you get 60%, or 40% off. And for those of you allergic to math, well, trust me; it's a fantastic deal of almost half off.
As with all Payless deals, make sure you opt for "ship to store" (Payless stores are everywhere) to save paying the shipping fee.
Even if you're not crazy about Payless shoes, be sure and check out their accessories section. I found the purse pictured above for $24.99, but it dropped to $15.00 each when I got two and used the promo code 70144.
I always try to pick up a new pair of canvas shoes to wear on Yom Kippur when they run this sale around this time of year. This pair of Champion oxfords is on sale for $16.99, but when I buy two of them and use the promo code 70144, they drop to $10.20 each.
The deals abound, so make sure you take advantage of this offer soon, as it's not all that often that a promo code collides with their BOGOHO sale, but when it does, the savings are awesome.

44% off at Payless Shoes; get Wallis Moc Boots for $14 each
There's nothing quite like stacking discounts to really maximize your savings. When you can pile one discount on top of the other, pounce like a cougar and shop till you drop.
Payless Shoes has just started one of their cyclical BOGOHO (Buy-One-Get-One-Half-Off) sales. Now, if you've been reading this blog for a while and have become a pro at Shoppers Math, you know that BOGOHO, when both items are the same price, is the equivalent of 25% off. (When the items are different prices, the amount of the discount drops.) So the key to maximizing your savings in BOGOHO sale is to buy pairs of items that are the same price.
The BOGOHO discount will come up automatically at Payless.com. No need to enter any promo code.
Through 2/10/13, you can get an additional 25% off on top of the BOGOHO discount. (This is a very high percentage; usually if second discount is available, it's only 20%.) Enter promo code 92617 at checkout, and you will see an additional price drop of 25% on everything in your shopping cart. For my fellow math junkies, 25% off and then another 25% off means you're getting almost 44% off (.75 *.75=.5625). For those of you who are allergic to math, you'll have to trust me: you're getting a whopping 44% off on your total price!
Now, remember, you'll need to buy two items which are the same price to maximize your discount up to 44%.
These Women's Wallis Moc Boots (pictured above) were priced at $49.99 and are on sale for half-price at $25.00. I teamed up with my friend and I'm going to buy two pairs, one for each of us. As I added them to the cart, the total price for the two pairs dropped from $50 to $37.50, because of the automatic BOGOHO discount.
Then I entered promo code 92617, and the price of the entire shopping cart dropped by another 25% or $9.37. I selected free store pickup to save on the ridiculous $5.95 shipping charge (Payless stores are everywhere), and my grand total was $28.13 for both pairs of boots, or just $14.07 each. Excellent.
So to get that 44% off, go to the Payless site here, and stack these savings:
- Buy-One-Get-One-Half-Off (25% off)
- Additional 25% with promo code 92617
- Free store pickup (eliminates shipping charge)

For those of you who are allergic to math, you'll have to trust me: you're getting a whopping 40% off on your total price!
Lots of you have written in and told me how much you love Payless Shoes for purchasing your kids' shoes. This 40% off deal could be an amazing find for mid-winter boots and shoes. As for me, we don't have kids and I'm not crazy about the quality of most Payless shoes, but I'll shop their accessories department like nobody's business. I get almost all of my winter tights at Payless. But when I checked the site today, I saw this really pretty satin evening clutch (pictured above), and I remembered that a friend of mine needed one of these for a wedding she was attending, so I figured, I'll just treat both of us to this pretty purse.
It's priced at $16.99. After I put two of them in my cart, the price of one of them immediately dropped to $8.50 (BOGOHO).
Then I entered promo code 85636, and the price of the entire shopping cart dropped by 20% or $5.10. I selected free store pickup to save on the ridiculous $5.95 shipping charge (Payless stores are everywhere), and my grand total was $20.39 for both clutches, or just $10.20 each. What a score.
Go to the Payless site here, and stack these savings:

I immediately hit the clearance section and found the Airwalk slippers pictured above for $8.00 or $6.00 after the promo code. They are running out of sizes fast, so hurry. I also saw some microfiber tights on sale for $3.00, or $2.25 after the promo code. There are also boots on clearance for great prices.
Make sure you have your items shipped to a Payless store (they are everywhere) to avoid the flat rate $5.95 shipping.

LAST DAY! 30% off at Payless, online and in-store
Request your in-store coupon for 30% off your purchase at Payless Shoes here. Expires 10/28/12.
Remember, 30% off is better than their seasonal Buy-One-Get-One-Half-Off (BOGOHO) sale, which is actually 25% off when you buy two items that are the same price (that percentage drops when the items are different prices). Also, with a straight 30% off coupon, you are not forced to buy two items.
Online at Payless.com, use promo code 80521 at checkout. No exclusions!
I just bought 4 pairs of my fake white "Keds" which are almost always excluded from promo codes. I do believe in striking when the iron is hot, and I wear these a lot.
I also picked up one of these cute berets and a flower headwrap. I got them in black to match my winter coat. Total steals.
Remember to select free shipping to a Payless store to save on the exorbitant $5.95 shipping cost. (Payless Shoe Stores are everywhere.)
