Amazon Local, which is Amazon's social purchasing arm, is going to be offering a limited amount of $10 Amazon gift cards for $5 on Tuesday, 3/20/12. The offer is a way of publicizing their not-too-well-known social purchasing service. Read more about it here.
Regardless of the number of giftcards they make available, I predict they will run out in under an hour.
