LOWEST PRICE: Dell Inspiron 15.6 Touchscreen Laptop for only $399.99 with free shipping

Amazon has got this Dell Inspiron 15.6 Touchscreen Laptop for only $399.99 with free shipping.   I can't believe how low this price is; it was just a short time ago that touchscreen technology was prohibitive pricewise.  In terms of cost, the pricing on this package is incredible;  I looked on the Dell site and this laptop configuration without the touchscreen costs $499.99.

• 4GB DDR3 
• 500 GB Hard Drive 
• 15.6-Inch Screen, Integrated Graphics 
• Windows 8.1

(I actually purchased a Dell laptop that is very close to this configuration (mine has 2 GB more of RAM) this past Cyber Monday, and paid a hundred dollars more for it.)
