WOW!  New Uber users can get up to $8.00 off of their first three rides for just $6.00 on Living Social; basically that's $24.00 worth of Uber for $6.00 (like getting 75% off!).

The way it works is as follows: if any of your first three Uber rides are more than $8.00, you pay the balance (so on a $10.00 ride, you'd pay $2.00). If any of your first three Uber rides are less than $8.00, you'll forfeit the unused portion of the $8.00 and pay nothing more for the ride.

This is a terrific value.  This covers an (approximate) 6-month period, as it expires on 2/28/17.
