This is my "honey bar" from 2011, showcasing different varieties of honey on my Rosh Hashana table, an idea I stole borrowed from Susie Fishbein's Kosher by Design.  I usually do a honey bar in pretty colored glasses, but one year, I got adventurous and thought about doing this in hollowed-out apples (it was a good thought).
