Amazon has got this Adult Marvel Spider-Man Deluxe Mask for $8.10 with free Prime/SuperSaver shipping (the lowest Amazon price ever posted on this mask).   Most adults I know like to do something fun for Purim dressup, but don't necessarily want to go full-costume.  This Spider Man Mask certainly will do the trick, and the price is right (or if you're a purist, you can match it to a full-blown Spidey costume).  It got 4.6 out of 5 stars over 234 customer reviews.
