50-count "Looks Like Real" tableware for $18.99 to $21.18 (better prices than Amazing Savings!)

I generally like to use my real tableware for YomTov, but on Pesach and Sukkot, out comes the "Looks Like Real" disposable stuff. (I'm not going to spend my entire holiday washing dishes in the sink.)

I always compare my online "Looks Like Real" tableware buys to the prices at Amazing Savings, (a small East Coast chain of stores), because it generally has the very best prices on the "Looks Like Real" stuff. When I find deals on Amazon that actually beat Amazing Savings, I pounce, especially before Pesach!

Amazon has got this Table To Go 'I Can't Believe Its Plastic' 50-count Ivory and Silver Lace Design Plate Set (pictured above) for $21.18 with free Prime/SuperSaver shipping.  I ordered these same plates last year (when they were five dollars more!) and when they arrived, they were white, not ivory, so just be prepared to possibly get white plates.  The quality is just as good as the plates sold in Amazing Savings.

• 25 - 10" dinner plates (Amazing Savings price for 10 = $5.99, so for 25 it would be $15.00 )
• 25 - 7.5" salad plates  (Amazing Savings price for 10 = $3.99, so for 25 it would be $10.00 )

If I bought these at Amazing Savings, they would cost me a total of $25.00.

Amazon has also got this Table To Go 'I Can't Believe Its Plastic' 50-count Ivory Lace Plate Set for $18.99 with free Prime/SuperSaver shipping. Again, I got these also last year, and they were white and not ivory. This set includes:

• 25 - 10" dinner plates (Amazing Savings price for 10 = $4.99, so for 25 it would be $12.50 )
• 25 - 7.5" salad plates  (Amazing Savings price for 10 = $3.99, so for 25 it would be $10.00 )

If I bought these at Amazing Savings, they would cost me a total of $22.50.

Elite Settings 10-count soup bowls for $3.49 and more Amazon disposable tableware deals

The last time I was in New York visiting family, I paid my mandatory visit to Amazing Savings.  For those of you unfamiliar with Amazing Savings, it is a small chain of stores on the east coast that has very, very low prices on tons of great things.  One of the items that I always buy at Amazing Savings and take home with me is disposable tableware.  Amazing Savings has fantastic prices on lovely plastic and paper tableware that I use, in particular, on Passover and Sukkot.

I use Amazing Savings prices as my yardstick for pricing paper/plastic tableware online; if I can get close to their prices or even beat them, I know that I'm getting an excellent deal on disposable tableware.

So because this NY trip was over the summer,  I stocked up for Sukkot. I bought these really pretty white plastic plates with a lacey silver design around the edge (pictured above).  They also come in ivory and gold.   At Amazing Savings, a 10-count pack of these plates was $3.99 (40 cents per plate).  I got several packs of the 10.25" plates and the 7.5" plates.

I love this pattern because I can mix and match it with a lot of other black, white and silver tableware (which I intend to do; I hate an uncreative, matchy-matchy table.)

(Now you can see how well these will coordinate with the silver cup deal that I posted yesterday.)

You can imagine how pleased I was to find these soup bowls with the same design at $3.49, 50 cents less than the very low Amazing Savings price.   This is an Amazon Add-On item, which means that it ships for free with a $25 minimum order if you are an Amazon Prime member (and the price of the item, $3.49, counts towards that $25), or it ships for free with a $35 minimum order if you're not a Prime member.  You can buy multiples of this item to help get you to your $25 or $35 minimum for free shipping.  Because of the low pricing, these are limited to 3 packs per account, so I used my husband's account too and  I just bought 6 of these.  Who needs to go to Brooklyn?

The 9" plates in this pattern were priced at $4.20. only 21 cents more than the Amazing Savings price and are also Add-On items.   The 10.25" plates were $4.47,  just 48 cents more, also a great buy.

I'm watching Amazon very closely now for other price drops on disposable tableware.  Come Sukot table, I'm going to have a knockout table, (and only you will know how much I really spent).
