If you've ever found yourself banging a frozen pop mold against the side of the sink, you'll understand why Zoku Classic Pop Molds are well worth the $14.99 price. First of all, each individual pop comes out of the base on its own (no need to use up all of them at once or put back half-empty molds in the freezer). Second, each pop mold comes with a drip guard, so when your 4-year old carries his homemade yogurt pop all over your house, he won't leave (too much of) a trail.
Read the excellent reviews on this item if you're not sold. Of the six customer reviews, 5 gave this 5 stars and one gave it 4 stars. Whether you have children or not, making your own pops from yogurt, fruit juice, coconut milk is both healthier, cheaper and less fattening than buying them in the store, so I'm going to consider these Zoku Classic Pop Molds an investment in our healthy, frugal diet. I definitely see some stevia-sweetened strawberry yogurt pops in our future.
The only drawback that I can see for these molds is that they don't go in the dishwasher, but according to all the reviews, they clean up very easily in the sink (and we don't have a dairy dishwasher anyway).
