I originally posted this back in September and many of you have ordered these wonderful vinegars and asked me to re-post the information, so here it is!

Balsamic vinegar is pricey. But kosher balsamic vinegar is usually a small fortune, especially when you live outside of New York.
I discovered a new (to me) brand of flavored balsamic vinegars available on Amazon, called Visionary Vinegars. They are produced by a company called Bakto, are kosher certified under the OU, and a 12.7 fluid oz. bottle costs $7.99 with free shipping (no Prime account necessary) on Amazon. They are made in the USA, and are gluten-free and GMO-free. They come in these flavors:
- Visionary Vinegars - Kosher Balsamic Vinegar with Natural Raspberry Flavor - $7.99 shipped
- Visionary Vinegars - Kosher Balsamic Vinegar with Natural Strawberry Flavor - $7.99 shipped
- Visionary Vinegars - Kosher Balsamic Vinegar with Natural Chocolate Flavor - $7.99 shipped
- Visionary Vinegars - Kosher Balsamic Vinegar with Natural Peach Flavor - $7.99 shipped
- Visionary Vinegars - Kosher Balsamic Vinegar with Natural Vanilla Flavor - $7.99 shipped
- Visionary Vinegars - Kosher Balsamic Vinegar with Natural Blood Orange Flavor - $7.99 shipped
- Best deal: if you'd like to try all six flavors, you can save $8.00 and get all six for $39.99 here (it's like getting one bottle for free).
Admittedly, the chocolate and vanilla flavors sound a little funny to me, but intriguing. I'm considering ordering the blood orange flavor (doesn't that sound incredible for a salad dressing?), and if it's any good, I might buy the six-pack. I like trying new kosher gourmet products like this and I think these would make fun and unusual hostess gifts for my kosher-keeping foodie friends.
