So what does this mean for you?
Well for one thing, if you're not a Prime member, and have been sitting on the fence, I urge you to sign up for their free trial now. It's not a financial commitment, because you'll get 30 days of Prime privileges without paying a dime, and as long as you cancel any time within the 30 days, you will not be charged anything. You don't even have to make a phone call to cancel, you simply go to your Amazon account settings and make the change.
This way, you get to participate in Prime Day, which promises to be quite bargainful.
Is Prime membership worth it overall? Check back in here on 7/16/15, and we'll run a quick test together to see if Prime membership will save you money or not.
But until then, if you're not a Prime member, please do dip your toe in the water here and sign up for their free trial.
If you are already a Prime member, stay tuned and we'll navigate Prime Day together.
(If you've got a loved one or dear friend who is not a Prime member and you'd like to gift it to them, you know you can right here.)
