Amazon's Gold Box Deal of the Day: steep discounts on popular magazines, including Sports Illustrated, People, Time and more

Today, 4/22/16, Amazon has got some really steep discounts on these 6-month magazine subscriptions.

If you already have a subscription to any of these magazines, these prices are good on renewals as well (even if you didn't get the original subscription from Amazon; just use the same name and address that you used to subscribe; check your magazine mailing label).  Your subscription will be extended by another 12 issues.  These prices are also good for gift subscriptions.

All of these subscriptions do auto-renew, but no worries, here's what you do to fix that: right after you subscribe, under your Amazon account, click on the Manage Magazine Subscriptions link, find the name of the magazine that you subscribed to and deselect the auto-renewal option.  Voila, no more auto-renewal!
