Some Amazon news out today: the Amazon Monthly Prime Membership rate is going from $10.99 to $12.99 per month (about $156 per year). This membership is aimed at those who want the flexibility to pay for Prime shipping and streaming benefits a month at a time. Monthly Amazon Prime Student Monthly plan is also going from $5.49 to $6.49 per month.
The good news is that all other Prime Membership plans will remain the same this year, including their Annual Plans ($99 per year or $49 per year for students) and their monthly $5.99 plan for those collecting EBT.
You can also still gift a Prime membership for $99 for one year or $39 for three months.
