It's a great alternative to an Instant Pot that is much less expensive and it also comes with a ton of accessories that you'd have to pay extra for with an Instant Pot: tempered glass lid (which is fantastic if you want to use it as a slow cooker on Shabbos), extra silicone sealing ring, ladle, rice spoon, measuring cup, stainless steel steam rack with handle, and recipe book.
If you were thinking about buying an Instant Pot for Passover, but didn't want to spend a large chunka change, consider the Cosori as a lower-priced alternative.
