If you're a resident of Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Northern California, Kansas, Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas or Lousiana, make sure to download the Whole Foods app on to your smartphone. The app has been completely updated; it no longer has in-store coupons. Instead, it will ask you to log in to the app with your Amazon account, linking the two entities.
Once you've done that, you'll get access to all sorts of Prime-member only discounts and 10% off select sale items at Whole Foods Market. All you need to do to get these discounts is to show the cashier the special QR code that's generated in the app. Once he/she scans it, the discounts will apply to your total.

If you don't have a smartphone or you'd rather not download another app, you can also connect your Whole Foods account to your Amazon account here, by associating your mobile number with both accounts. Then you just give the cashier at Whole Foods your mobile account number when you check out, and the discounts will automatically apply.
The rest of the USA will be added to the Amazon Prime/Whole Foods discount program over the course of the summer.
