6-quart Hamilton Beach slow cooker for $17-$19 at Kohl's

Kohl's has got a great deal on a 6-quart Hamilton Beach slow cooker.  You can get it for $15.99 if you don't have a Kohl's credit card or $13.99 if you do have a Kohl's credit card, plus a $3.25 "shipping surcharge" for either.  (I don't know why they call it a surcharge and not just a shipping fee, probably because the free shipping promo code doesn't get rid of it.)

If you don't have a Kohl's credit card:
