When you stack this Whole Foods store coupon for $2.00 off any two Immaculate Baking Biscuits, Scones and Sweet Rolls with two of these this $0.75 on Immaculate Baking Cookie Dough manufacturer's coupons, you will get the two rolls of Immaculate dough for $1.25 each. If the dough is not on sale in your neighborhood Whole Foods Market and is priced at the regular $3.99, you'll pay $2.25.
As I've mentioned before on Daily Cheapskate, Whole Foods came out with a Global Coupon Policy several months ago, that allows you to stack one Whole Foods store coupon with one manufacturer's coupon per item in every Whole Foods Market, so you should have no problem stacking the two.
(Kosher-keeping Daily Cheapskate readers, be aware that most varieties of Immaculate baking dough that come in rolls (NOT the bars) are under the kosher supervision of the OU and are dairy chalav stam. Please make sure you look for the OU-D on the package. The bars are under a different supervision.)
