I actually ordered this skirt in both black and navy and I can personally attest to it's gorgeousness! Definitely order one size up from your regular size if you don't want it to be too form-fitting on top at the tush. Unlike the pictures on Amazon, in the skirts that I received, the lining does go all the way to the bottom, so no part of this skirt is just see-through lace. Also, my skirts have both elastic waistbands and side zipper openings. They are from China, but they don't seem to be cheaply made. Really pleased with my purchase!
