I discovered Panko breadcrumbs about six years ago at a friends house...her oven-roasted breaded turkey cutlets were out of this world, and she told me her secret. There is only one brand of the Japanese bread crumbs that is kosher (to my knowledge), Kikkoman, and on top of that, they are very reasonably priced, about $2.29 at Target.
