$3 for an annual subscription (42 issues) of New York magazine
I still read New York magazine, even though I have lived in Denver for years. Magazines.com is running a special on New York: a one year, 42-issue subscription for just $5! This subscription normally goes for $25.
But wait. You can do even better.
Click through the Ebates link to Magazines.com before you check out and you will get a whoppingly insane 40% cash back on your purchase. That will reduce your $5 purchase to $3. $3 for 42 issues of New York! You'll spend more on your morning Starbucks latte. Not a member of Ebates yet? Join here and snag a $10 gift card when you make your first $25 purchase through Ebates.

What is ebates? I quickly looked at their website but I'm afraid it'll be some sort of scam. If you could tell me a little about what it is, that'd be great, thanks.
ReplyDeleteMandyy, I'm so glad you asked! Ebates is a very reputable company that gives you cash back for making purchases "through" their website. I've been a member of theirs for years and they actually DO send out checks. I'll vouch for Ebates' reputability, as well as ShopAtHome's. I've got a Primer on good, solid cash back programs, Ebates and ShopAtHome over here: http://www.dailycheapskate.com/2011/11/primer-on-cash-back-programs-shopathome.html If you have any doubts about them, please feel free to contact me with questions. I stand behind both these companies and I consider cash-back a key way of helping me save money with online purchases.
