Free $5 Credit on Swanson Health Products including tons of organic kosher foods

When I originally found this Facebook deal for a free $5 credit on Swanson Health Products, I thought, big whoop, there aren't going to be any kosher items on the site.

Boy, was I wrong.

I went to the site and saw the link on the home page to a huge kosher section encompassing 498 products, (most of which are organic/natural/gf foods)!

But wait, I thought.  They'll get me on shipping, won't they?  Don't they always get you on shipping?

Not here.  While shipping is normally $4.99, you can stack promo code ULTRA with your $5 credit and get $1.99 flat rate shipping.  AND, you can apply your $5 credit towards shipping.  What does this mean?  Why, free or nearly free, or supercheap stuff, of course.  I am loving this deal.

Do this:

1. Click here and fill out the form and like the app in order to get your $5 coupon code.
2. Go to the Swanson Health Products site.  The kosher section is here. (Make sure to doublecheck that the item has a hechsher with which you would feel comfortable.)  If you don't keep kosher, check out the buy-one-get-one-free section or the online specials sections.  You can sort the items in your section according to price, if you like.
3. When you're ready to check out, enter your coupon code for $5, and also enter promo code ULTRA to reduce the shipping down to $1.99.

I opted to do a totally free deal.  I purchased this Eden Foods Ume Plum Vinegar for $2.96.  With the special $1.99 shipping, my grand total was $4.95, which was completely covered by my $5 credit, so I didn't even need to take out my credit card.  Basically, if you buy one item for $3.01 or less, your cost will be nothing.

I was very tempted to get this half pound of Organic Pistachios Roasted in Shell & Unsalted for $5.99 (pictured above). With the special $1.99 shipping deal, the total would have been $7.98, and with my $5 credit, it would have cost me $2.98 shipped for the half pound of pistachios.
