Log in to your MyCokeRewards account, and then click on the words "My Special Offers," right under your name at the top. From there, click on "12 Days of Holiday Rewards, View Collection." From there, click on "Free 12-Pack Sparkling Coupon. It's pretty clear after that.
The limit on these coupons was changed from four to one (which is kind of crummy if you've been saving up points) at the last minute today, so after you've got one, it won't allow another redemption.
