I checked my Amazon price-tracker and this set was priced at $294.72 yesterday. Bed Bath and Beyond has it for $299.99, which would be $240 after a 20% coupon, so this is really quite a great price for this set.
My everyday set is tri-ply stainless (though it's a different brand, Calphalon) and I would never go back to anything else. Tri-ply stainless has a layer of quick-heat aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, for optimal cooking conditions. Tri-ply cookware also looks beautiful (my set gleams, even after years of use). This Emeril set received 4.5 out of 5 stars over 321 customer reviews.
